Standard delivery in the US. In a hurry? Express arrives in 1 to 3 business days for $25.
Tracked to your door
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you always know where it is.
What happens after you order
Delivery times can be a little longer during holidays and big sales, so for gifts we recommend ordering early.

- We prepare it and hand it to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.
- It's on the way You get an email with your tracking number to follow it.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number or tracking number.
Customs and duties (Canada and United Kingdom)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as your order has not shipped yet.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, please contact us at support@ineednow.shop with your order number and we'll help you right away. We answer 7 days a week.
