How long before my order ships?
We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as it ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
In the US, Standard shipping is free and arrives in 3 to 8 business days. Need it sooner? Express arrives in 1 to 3 business days for $25, available at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship to Canada and the United Kingdom, with free standard shipping. Import duties or taxes charged by those countries are paid by the customer.
How do I track my order?
Go to our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email, or your tracking number.
I didn't get my confirmation email
Check your Spam or Promotions folder first. If you used your phone number at checkout instead of an email, write to us at support@ineednow.shop with your order number and the email you'd like to add.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at support@ineednow.shop with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can return it.

How returns work and when you'll get your money back.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. See our return policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@ineednow.shop with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply within 24 hours, any day of the week, with the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry about that! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

What comes in the box?
The LED drawing board (Large 12Ã8 in or Small 8Ã8 in), 7 neon markers, 2 cleaning cloths, a USB power cable, an adjustable stand and an instruction manual.
Which size should I choose?
The Large (12Ã8 in) gives kids 50% more drawing space and works great for two kids drawing together. The Small (8Ã8 in) is compact and light, great for little hands or taking in the car.
Which markers can I use?
Water-based neon markers only. 7 come in the box, and you can add a 12-pack of extras. Avoid alcohol-based or permanent markers, they can damage the surface.
How is it powered?
With the included USB cable. Plug it into a phone charger, power bank or any USB port.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with the included cloth. A slightly damp cloth works best, and the board is ready for the next drawing in seconds.
